1. Publisher of the application and website

The mobile application GoSportNow, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, as well as the website gosportnow.fr, are published by Ludovic Fremaut, Nicolas Herisson, and Anthony Marcelin, co-founders and co-developers of the GoSportNow project.

Collaborative project currently being formed, hosted in France, not yet incorporated as a company.

2. Hosting

Website: Self-hosted on a secure personal server belonging to the GoSportNow team, administered and maintained exclusively by the project founders. The server is secured via SSL certificate and SSH authentication.

3. Intellectual property

All elements comprising the GoSportNow application and website—including the name, logo, concept, design, texts, databases, and source code—are the exclusive property of the GoSportNow team, unless otherwise stated.

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or exploitation, whether partial or total, is prohibited and may result in legal action in accordance with articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code. The GoSportNow concept, name, and visual identity are protected as original creations. The e-Soleau probative filing of the GoSportNow project has been made with the INPI.

4. Personal data and privacy (GDPR)

GoSportNow collects only the data strictly necessary for the operation of its services: account data, geolocation data, and technical data. The data is processed in accordance with the GDPR (EU 2016/679) and is never resold to third parties.

Users can exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, or portability by contacting contact@gosportnow.fr.

5. Security, moderation, and responsibility

The application includes reporting functions, identity verification, an emergency alert button, and minor filtering to ensure a safe and responsible environment. GoSportNow acts as a technical intermediary and cannot be held liable for accidents, incidents, or disputes occurring between users, erroneous information provided by them, or misuse of the application.

6. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These legal notices are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the French courts.
